Cleanouts  /  House Cleanouts

House Cleanouts.

A complete clear-out of a single-family home — attic to garage — handled in a single engagement so the property is ready for a listing, a closing, or a new chapter.

Cleared single-family home interior, kitchen and living room visible.

Who this is for

When the whole house needs to go.

House cleanouts are full-property work.

  • Every room and closet
  • Attic, basement, garage, outbuildings
  • Whatever’s still in the driveway

No partial picks. No truckload pricing. No pre-sorting required.

Most of our house cleanouts are tied to a sale, a downsize, a relocation, or the end of a long ownership.

The timeline is usually firm — often set by a closing date. We work inside it.

Scope

Everything in a house cleanout, and what we handle on request.

Included in the job

  • Full labor for the duration of the cleanout
  • Every room, closet, attic, basement, and garage
  • Furniture, appliances, and bulk disassembly
  • All hauling and transport
  • Dump fees and legal disposal
  • Post-job sweep of cleared rooms
  • Final walkthrough with the owner or agent

On request

  • Selective keeps delivered or boxed for the owner
  • Donation drop-off with regional partners
  • Estate-sale coordination (we clear after the sale)
  • Photo documentation of scope and finish
  • Exterior sweep and yard debris
  • Hazardous material referrals

How it works

Three steps, tailored to a full house.

A house cleanout is a bigger operation than a pickup. We treat it that way — from the first walkthrough to the last sweep.

Questions

Common questions about house cleanouts.

Do I need to sort anything before you arrive?

No. The value of hiring a full-property cleanout company is that we take the whole house as-is. If there are specific items to keep, tell us at the walkthrough and we’ll separate them.

Do you price by the truckload?

No. We quote a fixed price for the whole job after the walkthrough. You know the number before we start — not after the fifth truck run.

Can you clear a house with hoarder-level contents?

Yes. These jobs usually take two days and a larger crew. We walk the scope with you carefully and price accordingly — no on-site surprises.

What happens to donatable items?

On request, we separate donatable items and drop them with our regional donation partners. You can receive a donation receipt for your records.

Can you work with an out-of-town owner?

Yes. Most of our estate and inherited-home cleanouts are for out-of-town families. We walk the property by video, send photos, and coordinate access with the agent or attorney.

When can you be on site?

Most walkthroughs are scheduled within 48 hours of inquiry. Typical cleanouts are scheduled within one to two weeks, sooner for closings on a deadline.
