Can you handle this in time for my closing?

Almost always — if you reach out as soon as the closing date is set. The earlier we’re on the calendar, the easier it is to sequence around the final walkthrough.

Do I need to be there?

No. Many of our move-out clients have already relocated. We work from a lockbox, a realtor’s access, or a coordinated key hand-off. Photos sent after.

What about items I want to keep?

Tell us at the walkthrough. We’ll separate selective keeps, label them, and either hold or deliver to your new address — whichever fits the move.

Can you also move items into storage?

Yes. Storage moves are one of our supporting services. We can stop at a storage unit on the way to the dump for items you’re not ready to let go of.

Can you document the property condition?

Yes — useful for deposit disputes or buyer-side walkthroughs. We photograph the cleared rooms as standard for any move-out job.

Do you work directly with my realtor?

Often, yes. Agents routinely bring us in to handle the cleanout side of a closing. We can coordinate directly with your agent if that’s easier.
